Welcome to our shared student room accommodations( 2 Sharing Room), where we prioritize your comfort and affordability. We understand that each student’s journey is unique, and, as such, we offer a variety of flexible pricing options tailored to your needs for our 2 sharing room.
Base Pricing:
Our standard shared room for four students is priced at 15,000/- per month. If you’d like to secure your space for an entire semester, we offer a discounted rate of 60,000/- for a four-month semester.
Special Pricing for ANU Students:
We highly value our partnership with Africa Nazarene University (ANU) students. ANU follows a distinctive academic calendar, with semesters lasting 3 and 1/2 months. To accommodate their specific needs, ANU students enjoy a special discounted rate of 14,500/- per month or 50,750/- per semester.
Flexible Payment Options:
To enhance your booking experience, we provide you with flexible payment choices. You can choose to pay the full amount upfront or select a deposit option:
- Booking per Semester: Secure your accommodation by paying a refundable deposit of Kshs 5,000/-. This deposit guarantees your room for the entire semester, offering peace of mind and budget flexibility.
- Booking per Month: If a monthly payment plan suits you better, you can secure your room with a refundable deposit of Kshs 10,000/-. This option allows you to pay on a monthly basis while ensuring your space for the entire duration.
Convenient Mpesa Payments:
We’ve simplified the payment process for your convenience. Our accommodation facilities accept Mpesa payments, making the transaction straightforward. Simply select your preferred payment option and use Mpesa to complete your booking.
