Base Pricing:
For our standard shared room for four students, the base cost is 13,000/- per month. If you prefer to pay per semester, you can enjoy a discounted rate of 52,000/- for a four-month semester.
Special Pricing for ANU Students:
We value our partnership with Africa Nazarene University (ANU) students. ANU operates on a unique academic calendar, with semesters lasting 3 and 1/2 months. As a result, ANU students can enjoy a discounted rate of 12,500/- per month or 43,750/- per semester.
Flexible Payment Options:
To make your booking process even more convenient, we offer flexible payment options. You can choose to pay the full amount upfront or opt for a deposit.
- Booking per Semester: Secure your accommodation by paying a refundable deposit of Kshs 5,000/-. This deposit ensures your room for the entire semester, providing peace of mind and budget flexibility.
- Booking per Month: If you prefer a monthly payment plan, you can secure your room with a refundable deposit of Kshs 10,000/-. This option allows you to pay on a monthly basis while still ensuring your space.
Payment via Mpesa:
Paying for your accommodation is quick and easy. We accept Mpesa payments to streamline the process. Simply choose your preferred payment option and use Mpesa to complete your transaction.
