For our standard individual student room, the base cost is 16,000/- per month. Opt for a full semester, and enjoy a discounted rate of 64,000/- for the four-month term.
Special Pricing for ANU Students:
We value our partnership with Africa Nazarene University (ANU) students. ANU’s unique academic calendar with 3.5-month semesters is reflected in the following rates: 15,500/- per month or 54,250/- per semester.
Flexible Payment Options:
To enhance your booking experience, we provide flexible payment choices. You can opt to pay the full amount upfront or select a deposit option:
- Booking per Semester: Secure your accommodation with a refundable deposit of Kshs 5,000/-. This deposit guarantees your room for the entire semester, offering peace of mind and budget flexibility.
- Booking per Month: If monthly payments are more convenient, you can secure your room with a refundable deposit of Kshs 10,000/-. This option allows you to pay on a monthly basis while ensuring your space for the entire duration.
Convenient Mpesa Payments:
We’ve simplified the payment process for your convenience. Our accommodation facilities accept Mpesa payments, making the transaction straightforward. Select your preferred payment option and complete your booking via Mpesa.
