Base Pricing:
For our standard single small room, the monthly rate is 15,500/-. If you prefer securing your space for an entire semester, take advantage of our discounted rate of 62,000/- for a four-month term.
Special Pricing for ANU Students:
We highly value our partnership with Africa Nazarene University (ANU) students. ANU operates on a unique academic calendar, with semesters lasting 3 and 1/2 months. To accommodate their specific needs, ANU students enjoy a special discounted rate of 15,000/- per month or 52,500/- per semester.
Flexible Payment Options:
To make your booking process even more convenient, we offer flexible payment choices. You can choose to pay the full amount upfront or opt for a deposit:
- Booking per Semester: Secure your accommodation by paying a refundable deposit of Kshs 5,000/-. This deposit ensures your room is reserved for the entire semester, providing peace of mind and budget flexibility.
- Booking per Month: If a monthly payment plan better suits your needs, you can secure your room with a refundable deposit of Kshs 10,000/-. This option allows you to pay on a monthly basis while still ensuring your space for the entire duration.
Convenient Mpesa Payments:
We’ve streamlined the payment process for your convenience. Our accommodation facilities accept Mpesa payments, simplifying the transaction. Simply select your preferred payment option and use Mpesa to complete your booking.
